Consulting Team Lead
We’re looking for an experienced Consulting Team Lead to join a well-established employee benefits team. This is a leadership role where you’ll guide, develop and inspire a high-performing consulting team while managing your own portfolio of major clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants, ensuring high performance and effective resource allocation.
- Manage multi-line major clients as a technical adviser, ensuring retention and exceptional service.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and oversee client deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with carriers and providers to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop strategies for complex client situations and communicate challenging messages when needed.
- Drive revenue growth through sustainable cross-selling channels.
- Support proposition development and stay informed on market trends.

Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience leading consultants or analysts, including performance management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
- Deep knowledge of risk and healthcare markets.
This role is hybrid, 3 days per week in their London office.
