You will be the first point of contact for Ferrero’s consumers, and handle their queries for a range of Ferrero products. At the core of the Ferrero Consumer Care team, you will ensure that the Ferrero consumers receive the quality of care expected, while following the Ferrero procedures and quality processes. You will handle queries and consumer complaints in relation to these products and their consumption, as well as liaise daily with the Ferrero teams with regards to order management. The role requires you to have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to consumers and parents in an empathetic, caring and friendly manner. We are looking for colleagues to join our team for a busy Christmas period (with a potential for extension), who will embrace Konecta’s values and represent this well-loved client.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
