Job Description

Location

Luton, LU4 9QQ; a hybrid working scheme is available after successful passing of the probationary period.

Salary

£25,000 gross p.a. (based on 37.5 hours per week) + monthly commission

Contract

Permanent

Opening Hours

Contact Centre: Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6.15 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm. We have some full-time roles available, although we are willing to consider part-time shifts on a job share basis consisting of reduced hours or days. However, it is desirable that the shift pattern will include working a Monday and/or Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound/outbound sales and customer service enquiries for consumers in need of support or repair, adapting your approach to varying consumer needs
  • Utilize the available products and services to find a solution for the consumer that best fits their needs
  • Accurately record consumer data, ensuring compliance when selling regulated services such as insurance products and to ensure field teams can deliver service excellence
  • Work as a part of a team to deliver an exceptional service and achieve key performance targets
  • Seek out opportunities to upsell through service

Qualifications

  • Experience working within a sales or customer service environment
  • Passion to deliver a first-class consumer experience
  • Confident on the phone and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated in both your daily activities and in self-development
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Ability to work remotely when required
