Type: Full-time (part-time considered for an exceptional candidate)
We’re looking for an experienced Consumer Electronics Programme Manager to lead the delivery of Zebble, an innovative consumer hardware product designed to help people disconnect from their phones while remaining reachable.
Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end programme, ensuring every aspect of the product is delivered successfully—from hardware and app development through to manufacturing, logistics and customer fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product delivery programme.
- Manage hardware development with our engineering and manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate app development with our external software team.
- Drive timelines, milestones and issue resolution across all workstreams.
- Work closely with our manufacturing partner in China to ensure successful production.
- Oversee product testing, quality assurance and launch readiness.
- Manage inventory planning, logistics and fulfilment.
- Identify risks early and ensure projects stay on track.
- Build scalable operational processes as the business grows.

- Experience delivering consumer electronics or connected hardware products.
- Strong programme or project management experience.
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams, suppliers and external partners.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally, including China, when required.
