About The Role
To work as a member of the Consumer team, primarily performing activities relating to sales, including but not limited to, answering inbound calls and emails to the sales line/inbox, assisting customers with quoting and sales related queries, follow up sales opportunities, follow sales process to ensure regulatory compliance, assisting with reporting and hitting and exceeding B2C sales targets.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth of the Consumer fleet by retaining existing business and winning new business
- Advising and guiding drivers through the sales process particularly the technicalities of salary sacrifice
- Utilise tools available and existing sales skills to win the business, having a compliant but hard-working approach to following up customers and responding to their requirements
- Meet and exceed sales and activity based B2C targets
- Build relationships with the dealer network to ensure better access to stock cars, bigger one-off discounts where required to win deals and better support where there are any issues
- Where appropriate, identify process improvement opportunities and raise to Management- working together with other stakeholders to design and implement any changes
- Assist with customer reporting and data analysis as required, predominantly for internal reporting purposes
- Prioritises of workload to ensure all deadlines are met
- Having a flexible approach to working hours in order to meet customer requirements
- Maintain databases - Dynamics, Miles and other systems used by the business
- To develop an appropriate level of knowledge of our industry and marketplace
- Support wider team objectives by assisting service team, management and other stakeholders where required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- GCSE - Level 2
- Experience of direct contact with customers
- High degree of self-motivation with a compliant but hard working approach to achieving sales targets
- GCSE's or equivalent indicating competency in oral & written communication
- GCSE in Maths or equivalent numeracy qualification
- Computer literate
- Ability to work independently AND contribute to a team performance
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
