ROLE OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic opportunity for an existing or aspiring Consumer Insight Director to lead a team in the Usage team. You will be leading a team across an exciting mix of clients including Kraft Heinz and Greencore. The Usage team has seen many years of strong growth and have ambitious plans to keep driving growth in this exciting area.

This role will give the right candidate autonomy to run the team the way they want, demonstrating great client and team management skills and creating a plan to deliver against our commercial targets. The role will give you the chance to manage your own portfolio of clients whilst working closely with a Business Unit Director & Senior Insight Director and supportive team. You will be presenting to clients, building relationships with a range of contacts from insight teams to marketing and sales directors, as well as writing proposals and converting revenue opportunities and helping set the agenda and plan for the development of the area.

The successful candidate will take ownership for the commercial performance of the area and work closely with the SID and BUD to drive the growth and direction of the wider team. This is an excellent role for a driven individual where you will become an expert in your categories, work closely with clients and help to continue the current strong performance of the team.

Role Description (What you will be doing)

  • Team: Working with your Director to set the strategic vision for a small team. Leading by example with high-level commercial performance and data analysis.
  • Partnership: Continuing the successful client relationship with leading branded and PL supplier clients.
  • Challenge and Inspire Clients: Act as the senior contact on all accounts – setting an example to the team by contributing to client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client servicing and account planning to build senior networks across our client base.
  • Elevating Insight: Producing and presenting high quality insight beyond just your client base. Deliver credible presentations to senior audiences using consumer data to drive true consumer insight.
  • Service development & Innovation / Data quality: Contributing ideas for improving our service, highlighting any areas of concern to relevant operations teams, communicating to clients as necessary.
