Our Consumer Team

Our Consumer team helps some of the UK's biggest retail and FMCG brands turn their data into competitive advantage. As a Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to Quantium's Consumer clients, combining consulting delivery with hands-on analytics to help clients solve complex business problems and drive measurable return on investment.

How will you make an impact?

  • Client relationship management: Manage a portfolio of Consumer clients, building and maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Analytical delivery: Deliver solutions through bespoke analysis and consulting projects, using Quantium's tools and methodologies to provide actionable insights.
  • Trusted advisor: Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and commercial value.
  • Commercial growth: Identify and develop opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling of projects and products.
  • Strategic support: Support clients with strategic decision-making across promotional effectiveness, category management and brand strategy.

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team

  • 2+ years' experience within a retail or consumer business in buying, category management or sales, or in an analytics consulting role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience analysing consumer data, including customer, transaction or sales data, translating it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Confident working with stakeholders both internally and externally, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to distil complex information into strategies that land with clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for value creation in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
