Job Description
Are you a recent graduate who is curious about consumers, brands and what really drives business growth? Do you want to use data to shape decisions for household names like Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders and Oral-B?
Then this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for passionate graduates who are action oriented and excited to take on the challenge of growing some of the world’s most loved brands. You will work in a vibrant analytics team in a dynamic business environment to uncover pockets of growth through mining multiples sources of data, turning it into actionable insights, and translating complex analytics into business growth opportunities.
This role is based in P&G’s UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo.
You will gain exposure to Senior Directors, which gives you the opportunity to learn the very best commercial strategies and how to active advanced analytics in a business context. You will join the wider P&G Analytics & Insights community for trainings, best practices, and a lot of fun! You’ll have the opportunity to step-change how we use analytics to drive our business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and activate customer and category growth opportunities using assortment, pricing, geo-location, shelf and promotion analytics.
- Develop insights to “C Suite” level (Category Director and above) - integrating deep understanding of customer data with their goals and strategies.
- Play a key role in projects to enhance P&G advanced statistical and analytics capabilities
What we offer you:
- Responsibilities as of Day 1 – Working on multi-million-dollar brands such as Fairy, Gillette, Ariel or Pampers, you will feel the ownership of your work from the beginning.
- Build from Within Career - You'll collaborate with passionate individuals and receive both formal training and day-to-day mentoring from your manager. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.
- Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our teams spend 3 days of their week collaborating together in our offices or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home. Of course, we do a bit of both every day, but we encourage our teams to choose where they work based on the jobs to be done.
- Benefits – On top of your competitive salary, you can enjoy lots of benefits including a double-matched pension scheme, private health insurance, business results-based bonus programme, participation in a share ownership scheme and discounted products and perks. - Competitive Compensation - The annual salary for this role is £45,000. In addition to this you’ll receive an annual bonus based on business results. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
