MANAGER, EMEA CONSUMER MARKETING
Role Overview
My client is looking for an experienced Consumer Marketing Manager to deliver consumer marketing campaigns across EMEA for a portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for adapting global marketing strategies for regional markets and lead integrated campaigns across media, social, creators, PR, retail and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Regionalise and execute integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA.
- Adapt global brand strategies, creative assets and campaigns for local markets.
- Develop marketing briefs and support campaign and budget planning.
- Use consumer insights and campaign data to optimise marketing activity and investment.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, external agencies and licensing partners.
- Coordinate media, PR, social, creative, retail and commercial activity.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and approvals.
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.
- Share campaign performance, learnings and best practices across regional and local teams.
- Monitor consumer, platform and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

- 5+ years' experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing or brand management
- Strong consumer engagement and measurable commercial results
- Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital, social, media, YouTube, PR, e-commerce and retail marketing.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to turn consumer insights and performance data into actions.
- Strong project management, organisational and budget management skills.
- Experience managing agencies and working across multiple stakeholders.
- International or multi-market/EMEA experience is advantageous.
