Would you like to join one of the world’s most prestigious beauty companies, home to a portfolio of iconic luxury brands with a global presence?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Marketing Manager to join a high-profile beauty business and play a key role in bringing brands to life through culturally relevant, socially impactful, and consumer-focused campaigns.

The Role:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated consumer engagement strategies across PR, influencer, social, experiential and earned media.
  • Bring global campaign strategies and toolkits to life through locally relevant activations.
  • Deliver exciting product launches, brand moments and cultural campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Support PR and influencer programmes, including talent partnerships, seeding, events, gifting and content approvals.
  • Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns and activations.
  • Partner with Content, Paid Media and Online teams to develop social-first storytelling and campaign amplification.
  • Monitor consumer, creator and social trends to identify new opportunities to engage audiences.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimise activity.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Trade Marketing, Retail, CRM, Paid Media and Creative teams to deliver connected omnichannel experiences.
  • Manage campaign timelines, approvals and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Support the adaptation of global strategies to ensure they are culturally relevant and impactful in the local market.

About You:

  • Experience in consumer engagement, brand marketing, PR, influencer marketing or integrated communications.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer marketing and evolving consumer trends.
  • Experience delivering or supporting integrated marketing and consumer engagement campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of what makes brands culturally relevant and engaging.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams and with external agency partners.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of the consumer journey across paid, earned and owned channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use campaign performance and consumer insights to inform activity.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing timelines, approvals and budgets.
  • Experience within luxury, beauty, fashion or premium consumer brands would be advantageous.
