About R. Agency

Headquartered in London with a global reach, R. Agency partners with the world's most innovative brands and visionary founders who are reimagining the world. Founded over a decade ago, we've retained our entrepreneurial spirit while building a diverse team with a unique blend of skills, cultures, and perspectives.

As an independent, founder-led agency, we remain nimble, original, and agile. Our boutique approach enables us to craft bespoke, high touch campaigns that deliver meaningful results and measurable impact.

You will be joining a team of 20 based in London, working on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with flexibility where needed. We value our time together in the office and regularly come together for monthly team lunches, collaborative workshops, and team activities to keep things engaging and connected.

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious PR Account Manager who’s genuinely curious about people, culture and what makes brands matter. Someone who’s passionate about PR, the consumer space and consumer medium and excited by the opportunity to build their career across a genuinely varied client portfolio.

To begin with, you’ll work with brands like Hinge, Bugaboo, Paper and Niko Health, helping them tell stories that cut through the noise, earn attention and make an impact. No two clients are the same, so you’ll need to be curious, creative and excited by the challenge of getting the attention of different businesses, audiences and sectors.

This is a role for someone who’s hungry to sharpen their strategic thinking, get better at turning complex business challenges into compelling narratives, and develop their ability to spot the stories people will actually care about.

Most importantly, you’ll have the chance to learn from brilliant clients doing genuinely interesting things, while working alongside a team that will challenge you, back you and help you build the next chapter of your career.

What You'll Do

  • Support strategic client relationships across 5 or so consumer accounts with the wider team.
  • Deliver end-to-end client campaigns, including press events, influencer activity, media briefings, and full client relationship management (with senior support)
  • Translate client business goals into clear, compelling PR and communications activity that drives visibility and impact
  • Contribute to narrative development, positioning, communications planning and events for innovative corporate brands
  • Build and maintain relationships with consumer, business, trade, and technology media contacts across national, consumer, broadcast, podcast, and social media
  • Secure media coverage across top-tier outlets, with support from senior team on strategic pitching
  • Draft press materials, bylines, and thought leadership content that resonates with influential media
  • Stay curious about industry trends, news cycles, and emerging business conversations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
