Our Consumer Products and Retail (CPR) team is expanding due to increasing demand. We collaborate with the world’s top brands—from grocery and apparel to personal care and retail chains—to tackle their growth and transformation needs. These range from value chain overhauls, large-scale technology implementations, supply chain optimisation, and commercial excellence to operational design and change leadership.

We combine our global capabilities with deep sector expertise and work closely with cross-capabilities teams to deliver impact. Focusing on industries like:

  • Apparel
  • Household and personal care
  • Grocery
  • Health and beauty
  • Digital commerce

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will:

  • Drive and execute complex client transformations—leading end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of client engagements, including:
    • Budget and contract management
    • Resource allocation and billing
    • Team mobilisation and contract negotiations
  • Develop innovative delivery strategies and services, blending current assets with emerging insights to enhance change management. -Support the creation of internal training pathways to upskill consultants in technology-enabled change, leadership development, and transformational methodologies.
  • Structure and lead cross-functional teams, mentoring junior colleagues to build capability growth.

Core Accountabilities

  • Build trusted relationships with clients in both existing and new accounts, strengthening engagement and expansion.
  • Showcase deep sector expertise, acting as a trusted advisor for clients and teams.
  • Proactively sell and deliver strategic consulting solutions—helping clients navigate growth and transformation challenges.
  • Participate in market expansion and team growth initiatives, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Your Profile

We’re looking for **consultants with a proven track record in Consumer Products and Retail, ideally from a major consulting background.

Ideal Candidates

  • Forward-thinking vision with a clear perspective on how technology, AI, and data are reshaping the sector.
  • Experience turning ideation into measurable impact—executing with agility rather than just defining strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with strong ownership and leadership qualities.
  • Visceral energy for relationship-building, opportunistic engagement, and driving results.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Management/Senior Consultant at a top-tier consulting firm or in consulting roles within industry.
  • A track record of delivering complex transformations in CPR.
  • Expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder influence, and end-to-end transformation delivery.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams with experience managing multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of a core domain(s), such as:
    • Commercial: Portfolio strategy, NPD/innovation, pricing/promotions, customer experience, digital commerce, category and channel planning.
    • Supply Chain/Operations: Demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimisation, manufacturing/logistics.
    • Stores & Channels: Store operations, fulfilment, e-commerce.
  • Experience in delivering measurable business outcomes and supercharging client relationships.
  • A reputation for thought leadership, challenging clients with ground-breaking ideas.
