Italian speaking Consumer Relations Representative (6 months FTC)

The Role:

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will offer seamless customer service to our customers across our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva.

We’re looking for friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands when communicating to our consumers via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

This is a multi-lingual role requiring written and oral fluency in Italian and English.

Your Impact

  • Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all customer contact points, offering seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.
  • Act as a country specialist for your market to advise on current trends and local knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Use and analyze all consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience.
  • Get involved with consumer experience projects with the wider business.
  • Promote ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting your colleagues.

We Would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a plus.
  • An interest in the fashion/apparel industry and our brands.
  • Availability to start in late September / early October.
  • Written and oral fluency in Italian and English is essential for this role.
