At Electrolux Group, we strive every day to shape living for the better for our consumers, our people and our planet. Through collaboration, innovation and a commitment to sustainable living, we create solutions that improve everyday life for millions of people worldwide.
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Consumer Services & Sales Director to lead our UK & Ireland Consumer Services & Sales function. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving profitable growth, enhancing consumer satisfaction and transforming the post-purchase experience across one of the world's leading appliance brands.
As a key member of the UK & Ireland Leadership Team, you will shape the future direction of our consumer services business, creating value for both our customers and the organisation through innovative service propositions, operational excellence and a relentless focus on consumer experience.
About The Role
This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, commercial performance and operational leadership.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the Consumer Services & Sales strategy across the UK and Ireland, driving growth through after-sales services, accessories, extended warranties and value-added service solutions. At the same time, you will ensure our consumers receive an exceptional ownership experience throughout their journey with Electrolux.
Leading a broad consumer-facing organisation, you will oversee customer service, contact centre performance, service operations and commercial service activities, transforming consumer insight into business opportunities and long-term loyalty.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Logistics, Direct-to-Consumer and Finance teams, you will ensure customer needs remain at the centre of strategic decision-making while delivering strong commercial and operational results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
