Equifax is where you can power your possible.

If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

The Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is primarily tasked with driving significant market expansion and increasing penetration within both existing markets and new, untapped segments. This is achieved through a focused approach on acquiring new business and meticulously planning and executing entry strategies into nascent markets or distinct market segments.

This pivotal role is situated within the Consumer Solutions team. The core mandate is to champion the delivery of high-value consumer propositions. This involves identifying, developing, and deploying solutions that enable Equifax's external partners (e.g., financial institutions, fintechs, telecommunications, utilities) to construct and execute superior, high-value consumer journeys. A central component of this is the seamless and strategic integration of proprietary Equifax consumer data, ensuring that partners can enrich their customer interactions, optimize decision-making processes, and enhance overall consumer experience and product relevance.

What you will do

  • Identify and secure New Customers/Partner Sales, specifically targeting large-scale organisations with extensive customer bases.
  • Land and grow new Customer/Partner Revenue across the Equifax portfolio, with a focus on offering consumer scores, consumer reports, and other consumer services in a seamless, integrated way.
  • Develop contact networks within new Customers/Partners and facilitate connections to relevant Equifax counterparts.
  • Lay early foundations for long-term Customer/Partner Relationships based on trust and value.
  • Identify, develop, manage, and close opportunities spanning the full suite of Equifax solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on prospective Client business imperatives, specifically focusing on Risk, Fraud, and Marketing strategies.
  • Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful value to the consumer solutions team.
  • Network and build relationships with economic buyers, decision-makers, and influencers within target organisations.
  • Lead Account Strategy motions with cross-functional teams to identify sales opportunities tied to Equifax value-add services.
  • Respond to Prospect RFIs and RFPs with tailored, consumer-focused solutions.
  • Drive strong pipeline development and disciplined sales execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
