The Client

We are working with a global business and leading innovator in the consumer space, with a portfolio of much-loved brands and a long-term ambition to make a positive difference to people and the planet.

The business prides itself on a culture built around purpose, responsibility, mutuality, efficiency and innovation, with a strong focus on collaboration, continuous learning and challenging conventional thinking.

This is an organisation that places science, innovation and consumer understanding at the heart of its growth strategy, offering the opportunity to work in a genuinely global and highly collaborative environment.

The Role

We’re looking for a senior technical leader in consumer and sensory science to shape the future of consumer understanding and product experience across a global organisation.

You’ll lead the evolution of sensory, quantitative and qualitative research capabilities, introducing new methods, strengthening standards and driving best practice. You’ll also build technical capability through coaching, training and talent development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
