Forest House | £12.87 per hour

As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our prospective guests – setting the tone for their entire experience with us. You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, handling incoming calls for bookings and enquiries, and promoting our products and services through effective up-selling.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to guest enquiries
  • Building rapport and delivering a warm, professional level of service
  • Promoting and up-selling our products and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Confidently representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Training and Working Arrangements

Successful candidates will be required to complete a comprehensive training programme at our Forest House in New Ollerton, starting Monday 7 September 2026.

Training Duration: 2 weeks

Training Hours: Full-time, 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Following completion of the training programme, you will revert to your contracted hours and continue working at Forest House for a further 10 weeks, or until you have reached a satisfactory level of competence on our systems.

Once you are confident and competent, you will transition to a hybrid working model, in line with your contracted hours.

Your working hours

We have full-time and part-time opportunities available but it is a requirement for all working hours to be spread across 5 days per week. The following working hours are available:

  • 40 hours per week, spread across 5 days per week
  • 30 hours per week, spread across 5 days per week
  • 20 hours per week, spread across 5 days per week
  • 25 hours per week, spread across 5 days per week

Whilst your hours of work will be fixed between the hours of 8.30am and 7:00pm, your days of work will be allocated on a flexible basis, which means that your days of work will vary each week. Your working hours will include some weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with on average 3 days office-based and 2 days home working.

About You

  • Previous experience in a contact centre, sales, or customer service role
  • A natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people
  • Confident handling a wide range of customer interactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively when under pressure
  • PC literate with fast and accurate keyboard skills
  • Webchat experience is desirable but not essential
