We’re Hiring: Contact Centre Agent | Biggleswade | up to £30,000 + Benefits

Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based Weekdays | Remote Weekends

Location: Biggleswade, SG18 8AL

About The Role

Are you a people person with a calm, empathetic approach? Join our growing team in Biggleswade as a Contact Centre Agent, where you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with their accounts and payments — always with a respectful, solutions-focused approach.

This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in consumer finance, with full training, ongoing support, and a genuinely collaborative, friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails relating to payments and account queries
  • Support customers with missed payments, offering practical and non-judgmental solutions
  • Clearly explain payment options, next steps, and responsibilities
  • Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records and work in line with industry regulations
  • Contribute positively to the team and deliver a great customer experience

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Up to 10% annual performance bonus

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or collections is preferred
  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Confidence using IT systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
