Description

As a Contact Centre Claims Advisor you will be supporting existing members with a range of queries regarding their healthcare services ensuring each call is dealt with to the highest standard and resolved quickly and efficiently.

You will be processing claims from start to finish alongside booking medical appointments and will be corresponding with customers mainly over the telephone and email.

The position will be extremely fast paced whilst making sure each interaction with every customer has the best experience.

Profile

  • Previous customer service/contact centre experience desirable however the business can be open to healthcare backgrounds alongside retail and hospitality!
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Able to work in a high volume fast paced setting
  • Resilient and a positive can do attitude
  • Passionate about helping and supporting customers
  • An excellent team player
