About Specsavers
At Specsavers, we're passionate about changing lives through better sight and hearing, and our Contact Lens team plays a big part in making that happen. We're looking for a Category Manager to help shape the future of our contact lens category across the UK and ROI.
About the Role
It's an exciting opportunity to influence strategy, develop customer offers, and help deliver continued growth in a market-leading business. This is a fixed term contract for up to 2 years.
You'll take ownership of key trading activity, bringing together strategic thinking, commercial understanding, and strong project management to deliver initiatives that make a real difference for our customers and store partners. Working closely with colleagues across product, marketing, finance, operations, and supplier teams, you'll turn ideas into action and ensure plans are delivered smoothly and effectively.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with experience in category or product management, strong commercial acumen, and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll be comfortable analysing data, spotting opportunities for growth, and influencing decisions at all levels. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy working collaboratively, bringing people together, and keeping projects moving forward.
