About The Role
As a Contact Lens Optician at Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care, you will have the opportunity to provide tailored contact lens solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs. You will work within a committed and professional team that prides itself on delivering exceptional clinical and technical standards. Our focus on continuous improvement ensures that you will be supported with ongoing training and the latest products to offer outstanding aftercare and build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver excellent customer service and care
- Use your expertise to recommend and fit the most appropriate contact lenses and solutions for individual customers
- Maintain high clinical and technical standards in all aspects of contact lens fitting and aftercare
- Participate in ongoing Continuing Education and Training (CET) to stay up to date with industry advancements
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty through excellent service
- Work across multiple branches as required, gaining varied and rewarding experiences

We are looking for a qualified Contact Lens Optician who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and building strong customer relationships. You should have a solid understanding of contact lens fitting and aftercare, and a commitment to maintaining professional standards through ongoing development. Flexibility to work across different branches and a personable approach to customer service will help you thrive in this role.
