Umbrella Rate: £18.92 per hour umbrella
Summary
We are seeking a Contact Officer for the First Point of Contact team within Independent Living Services. You will provide tailored advice, information, and support to vulnerable adults, enabling them to live independently at home and stay connected to their communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice, information, and assistance on Independent Living Services to members of the public.
- Link individuals into Health & Social Care Services and refer to other appropriate agencies.
- Respond sensitively and appropriately to individuals’ specific circumstances.
- Manage resources effectively to provide excellent outcomes for customers.
- Ensure the safety and protection of children and vulnerable adults in accordance with safeguarding policies.

- Experience working within a Social Care, Health, Third Sector, or Advice-giving environment.
- A strong track record of managing resources effectively and providing excellent outcomes for customers.

- This is an Onsite role based in Cardiff.
- We work on a biweekly payment schedule.
