Content Adaptation Manager (Spanish Speaking)

Location: London (Hybrid – 1 day per week)
Rate: Up to £340 per day
Contract: 1 year contract


We're recruiting two Content Adaptation Managers for a leading global pharmaceutical company:

Spanish Speaker – Mexican Market

You'll be responsible for adapting and localising centrally created marketing content for local markets, working closely with customer engagement teams, agencies, and content production teams to ensure high-quality, compliant content is delivered on time.

  • Experience as a Brand Manager or similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of regulations surrounding promotional content for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
  • Experience managing content localisation, adaptation, or marketing campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • Fluent English plus native/fluent Spanish
