Content & AI Strategy Lead – circa £95K plus Bonus & Bens
Location: London (Hybrid)
Shape the future of content in the AI era; this is not your traditional content leadership role.
We’re looking for a Head of AI Content Strategy to define how a global investment business creates, structures, and optimises content for a world where people increasingly find answers through AI.
You’ll sit at the intersection of content, editorial, digital, SEO, and AI, setting the standards for how content is created once, intelligently reused, discovered, and cited across AI-powered search and digital experiences.
What you’ll own
- Define the editorial standard for the AI era; creating a scalable, component-based approach to content, messaging, taxonomy, and governance.
- Lead AEO/GEO strategy - making content more discoverable, authoritative, and citable by AI answer engines.
- Build the Human + AI content strategy - ensuring content works brilliantly for people and AI-driven agents.
- Champion smarter ways of working - using AI-assisted production and new technologies to increase quality, efficiency, and scale without losing human judgement or brand voice.
- Turn data into action - using search, AI, and citation performance to shape editorial priorities and make visibility a measurable KPI.
- Influence globally - working across international marketing teams, affiliates, digital, PR, compliance, and external agencies to create consistency across markets and audiences.
- Own major awareness content programmes; transforming proprietary research and insight into high-impact, structured digital content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
