Fractional Content & Brand Manager
10–15 hours per week | Remote | Flexible working
Rectify International is looking for a creative and highly reliable Content & Brand Manager to turn our founder’s ideas and content strategy into consistent, high-quality execution.
The ideas and direction are already there, developed by our Founder, but this is not simply an execution-only role. We want someone whose creative judgement and input will be genuinely valued - someone who can challenge ideas, suggest improvements and help shape how the Rectify brand develops.
Reliability matters more to us than having the perfect CV. If you commit to something, we need to know it will be delivered.
Who we are

We are building a bold, human and distinctive brand around recruitment, business, culture and founder-led thought leadership. We take our work seriously - but we believe creativity, personality and enjoyment should be part of the journey.
What you’ll own
- Turn founder ideas, voice notes and rough concepts into polished content
- Create social media posts, carousels, short-form videos and campaigns
- Manage the content calendar from concept through to publication
- Coordinate writing, design, editing, scheduling and distribution
- Repurpose content across relevant social media platforms
- Maintain a consistent and distinctive Rectify brand
- Support founder-led thought leadership and original content series
- Contribute your own ideas and provide honest creative input
- Track performance and use data to improve future content
- Ensure content is delivered consistently, accurately and on time
- Help grow our audience, authority and inbound opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
