Location: Crawley (hybrid)
Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience

We’re looking for a Content and Campaign Specialist who lives and breathes content culture, turning premium brand storytelling into scroll-stopping, commercially impactful content. Sitting at the intersection of creativity, culture and performance, you’ll help bring Nespresso campaigns to life across in-home and out-of-home, B2C and B2B - crafting assets and experiences that spark attention, build brand love and drive customer action.
Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing & Communications, you’ll be plugged into the heart of the brand team, partnering with the Content Lead and Brand & Campaign Lead to deliver content and campaign activity that is bold, beautifully executed and built to work hard commercially.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bring campaigns to life across video, social, CRM, digital, web, retail and point-of-sale channels, creating premium content that earns attention and drives action.
- Help activate integrated campaigns across in-home and out-of-home, translating big brand ideas into sharp, channel-ready outputs for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Take global creative and give it local edge, adapting assets so they feel relevant to the UK & Ireland, distinctive and unmistakably Nespresso.
- Use creative tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and video editing platforms to turn ideas into polished, high-impact content at pace.
- Identify opportunities, develop creative concepts and write inspiring briefs that delivers content that feels authentic, culturally relevant and brand-aligned.
- Keep campaigns moving with pace and precision, coordinating assets, toolkits, timelines and deliverables so great ideas land brilliantly.
- Support shoots, video production and content creation moments, helping move concepts from brief to final asset.
- Collaborate with agencies, creators, production partners and micro-influencers to create content that feels fresh, premium, credible and commercially useful.
- Own the operational detail behind the creativity, keeping asset libraries, version control and workflows slick, organised and easy to use.
- Champion the Nespresso brand across every touchpoint, reviewing content through both a creative and commercial lens so every output looks beautiful, feels relevant and works harder.

Your ingredients for success
To succeed, you’ll be a creative all-rounder with a sharp commercial brain - someone who understands what cuts through, what converts and what makes premium content feel effortless. You’ll be energised by fast-moving campaigns, obsessed with the detail and confident turning briefs into brilliant brand moments that deliver. You’ll be genuinely passionate for social media, creator culture and emerging trends – with the curiosity for spotting new ideas and turning them into opportunities for the brand.
Key experience and skills:
- Experience in content, social media, brand marketing or campaign execution, ideally within a fast-moving consumer, lifestyle, retail or premium brand environment.
- A brilliant creative eye, with the ability to spot what will stop the scroll, elevate the brand and land with the right audience.
- Hands-on experience creating, editing or adapting digital-first content across social, CRM, web or wider campaign channels.
- Confidence using creative tools such as Photoshop, Canva and video editing software to take ideas from brief to execution.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage moving parts, fast-paced timelines, feedback loops and multiple workstreams without losing the detail.
- Commercial instinct, with an understanding of how content can build desirability, drive engagement, support conversion and contribute to growth.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work brilliantly with internal teams, agencies and external creative partners.
- Exposure to agency management, influencer activity, UGC creators, production partners or content creators.
- Experience supporting shoots, video production, social-first content or integrated campaign delivery.
- Experience working with premium, lifestyle, food and drink, retail or direct-to-consumer brands.
- An understanding of how content performs across paid, owned and earned channels, and how creative choices can influence commercial results.
