Summary

We’re seeking a Content and Communications Coordinator to join our Group Communications and Digital Content team based in Leeds. In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll support the planning, creation and delivery of digital content and employee communications across the NG Bailey Group.

Working across our website, social media channels, intranet, digital signage, and email platforms, you’ll create engaging, audience-focused content that brings our brands to life and supports business goals through compelling copy, graphics, photography, and video.

A key focus of the role is supporting the continued growth of our digital presence through high-quality content creation, effective channel management, and the planning, delivery, and reporting of organic and paid social media campaigns. You'll use data and insight to understand what works, optimize performance, and help ensure content reaches the right audiences at the right time.

Some of the key deliverables for the role include:

Digital content creation

  • Create engaging, on-brand content across a range of digital channels, including website, social media, intranet, digital signage, and email communications.
  • Develop content that aligns with business objectives, meets audience needs, and delivers measurable outcomes.
  • Plan, film, and edit video and photography content for use across internal and external channels.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects best practice for each platform and audience.
  • Proofread and quality-check all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

Social media and digital marketing

  • Manage the planning, delivery, and optimization of organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Create and schedule social media content, including copy, graphics, video, and other digital assets.
  • Respond to social media engagement and direct messages where appropriate, escalating issues when required.
  • Produce regular performance reports and insights to support continuous improvement and data-led decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
