Searchable is building the analytics and agentic platform for AI Search.

The way people discover products and information is changing. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are becoming a new layer between brands and their customers.

Searchable helps companies understand their visibility across these platforms, identify opportunities and take action through AI-powered workflows spanning SEO, AEO and GEO.

We are backed by leading angels and VCs and are building the team that will define this category. We are looking for a Content and Marketing Designer to help shape how Searchable shows up in the world.

This is a hands-on visual design role. You will create work across brand, advertising, social media, our website and sales and marketing materials. The focus is on clear ideas, sharp execution and a visual system that makes a new technical category feel simple and memorable.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop creative concepts and produce assets for paid advertising and organic social media
  • Create website graphics, landing page visuals, product illustrations and campaign assets
  • Design sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, reports and other marketing materials
  • Work closely with founders, design, product and marketing to turn strategy into strong visual ideas
  • Move quickly from rough concepts to polished final work in Figma
  • Build reusable templates and visual systems that improve consistency without slowing the team down
  • Turn product insights, customer stories and data into clear, compelling visual narratives
  • Own production details across formats, sizes, exports and channel requirements
  • Give and receive direct feedback and improve the work through close collaboration

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A Note From Sam, Co-founder

Building a new category means we cannot rely on familiar visual shortcuts. The work needs to explain something new, earn attention and still feel unmistakably Searchable.

I work across design and product at Searchable, and you will work closely with me, our founders and the rest of the team every day. We will shape briefs together, share feedback quickly and stay close to the work until it is right.

I want to work with a designer who has strong taste, enjoys making things and can turn an early idea into creative that is clear, useful and memorable. You will have real ownership over how Searchable looks and feels across every important marketing touchpoint.
