About Gaucho

Gaucho is renowned for exceptional steak, world-class wines and warm, attentive service. Across our restaurants in London and throughout the UK, our teams combine high standards with genuine hospitality, creating memorable experiences by noticing the small details that matter.

The opportunity

We are looking for a creative, highly organised and social-first Content & Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team based in our Central London Head Office (5 minutes’ walk from Oxford Circus)

Working closely with the Content & Social Media Manager and Senior Marketing Manager, you will help bring Gaucho’s social channels to life. From spotting the next TikTok trend and writing engaging copy to filming behind the scenes in our restaurants, you will capture the people, food, drinks and moments that make Gaucho distinctive.

This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who is full of ideas and keen to build their career in social media and content within a fast-paced hospitality brand.

What You’ll Do

Content and social media

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of Gaucho’s organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Act as a key creative voice for Gaucho on TikTok, identifying trends, formats and culturally relevant opportunities that can introduce the brand to new audiences.
  • Create, film and edit engaging social-first content across our restaurants, events, launches and key brand moments.
  • Adapt campaign assets into content designed specifically for different social platforms.
  • Work with restaurant teams, chefs, bartenders and the People team to uncover stories, personalities and moments worth sharing.
  • Write engaging captions, LinkedIn posts and other social copy in Gaucho’s tone of voice.
  • Support the delivery of the monthly content calendar, including scheduling and publishing.
  • Assist with community management, helping to encourage engagement and conversation across our channels.
  • Stay close to emerging trends, sounds, formats and cultural moments, identifying opportunities for relevant and reactive content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
