As the business continues to scale, we are looking for a Content and Social Media Executive to play a key role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign delivery across our core markets.
THE ROLE
The content and social media executive serves as a central editorial authority within the marketing team. Beyond producing high-quality content, the role requires strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to lead content planning, guide consultants, and ensure our overall brand messaging remains compelling, accurate, and aligned to business objectives.
This role reflects expanded scope in:
- Content strategy
- Editorial oversight
- Channel ownership
- Mentoring and supporting internal stakeholders
- Quality control
- Analytical insight into content performance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Editorial and content leadership
- Lead the refinement and governance of Venari Partners’ tone of voice across all platforms.
- Provide editorial direction and feedback to consultants, ensuring their content meets brand standards.
- Take ownership of planning, structuring, and delivering content across multiple business practices.
- Review and elevate written submissions from internal stakeholders, improving clarity, storytelling quality, and strategic messaging.
High-level content creation
- Produce polished, well-researched thought leadership articles, interviews, blogs, and sector insights.
- Write sophisticated content that appeals to senior audiences, including C-suite and board-level professionals.
- Develop high-quality copy for digital channels (website, newsletters, social platforms).
- Translate technical subject matter into accessible, engaging narratives.

Ownership of social business pages
- Manage the LinkedIn and Instagram content calendar, posting cadence, and content quality.
- Create a strategic mix of content that highlights the brand, consultants, mandates, events, and market insights.
- Monitor analytics and proactively adjust content approaches based on performance data.
- Drive consistent, high-quality storytelling that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
Cross-business collaboration
- Partner closely with consultants and practice leads to develop market-relevant content.
- Support business development teams through proposals, award submissions, brochures, pitch materials, and corporate documents.
- Ensure alignment with the Head of Marketing on campaigns and long-term content strategy.
- Contribute proactively to team discussions around new ideas, formats, and communication priorities.
Quality control and brand governance
- Serve as a trusted reviewer for all written material across the business.
- Maintain consistency of tone, quality, and messaging across every touchpoint.
- Implement best practices in writing, editing, and storytelling, ensuring high editorial standards.
Additional responsibilities
- Support broader marketing initiatives such as CSR communications, recruitment marketing, and internal communications.
- Provide guidance or informal mentoring to colleagues seeking support with writing.
- Assist in enhancing website content with SEO-informed improvements where needed.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Significant content writing/editing experience (minimum 5 years)
- Proven ability to independently manage content from ideation to delivery.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to guide non-writers in developing high-quality content.
- Experience managing corporate social channels.
- Exceptional written English, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
- SEO knowledge and experience is essential.

- Demonstrate initiative by identifying new content opportunities, channels, and formats that support long-term business growth.
