About Gaucho
At Gaucho, we create unforgettable dining experiences through exceptional steak, world-class wines and warm, attentive hospitality. Across our restaurants in London and throughout the UK, our distinctive energy, sophisticated settings and commitment to excellence set us apart.
The Role
Content and social media are central to Gaucho’s brand marketing strategy and provide a window into our restaurants, people and guest experiences.
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content & Social Media Manager to lead Gaucho’s content and organic social presence from end to end, based in our Central London Head Office (5 minutes' walk from Oxford Circus).
Sitting at the intersection of brand, community, creativity and growth, you will shape how Gaucho’s story is told across our social platforms. You will balance long-term brand building with commercial impact, ensuring our content reflects Gaucho’s premium positioning and evolving brand direction.
Working closely with an external consultant or agency, alongside our wider marketing, commercial and operations teams, you will deliver a cohesive and impactful content, community and social media strategy.
This role is based at our London Head Office, conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Oxford Circus, with travel to our restaurants and attendance at key events and brand activations when required.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage Gaucho’s content and organic social media presence across all key platforms.
- Deliver the overarching social media strategy with support from an external consultant or agency.
- Develop and implement a best-in-class content strategy aligned with Gaucho’s brand direction and business objectives.
- Generate original content and social media ideas, leading delivery from concept through to execution.
- Create high-quality day-to-day content using video and photography equipment.
- Brief and manage creative partners where additional support is required.
- Balance long-term brand storytelling with short-term commercial priorities, including campaigns, launches and key trading moments.
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to support integrated, multi-channel paid campaigns.
- Oversee multi-platform content plans, adapting the tone of voice, format and approach for audiences across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Set and maintain consistently high creative standards across all content and social media activity.
- Lead community management, encouraging engagement, conversation and brand loyalty.
- Attend key events, restaurant moments and brand activations to capture premium, on-brand content.
- Monitor cultural shifts, platform developments and competitor activity to inform our content direction.
- Develop monthly content calendars, using performance insights and learnings to shape future ideas.
- Track, analyse and report on content and social media KPIs, turning data into clear and actionable recommendations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
