Content Marketing Assistant
Fast growing retail brand
Hayes, West London
Hybrid (1 day from home)
£30-£35K
THE JOB
We’re working with an established, fast-growing retail brand looking for a Content Marketing Assistant to join its Marketing & E-commerce team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves digital content, e-commerce, and SEO and wants a hands-on role where their work directly supports traffic, engagement, and sales. You will need to have experience in e-commerce, digital content, or marketing, with a genuine interest in how great content can improve online performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and updating product listings across the website and third-party marketplaces
- Writing and optimising product descriptions, landing pages, promotional content, and blogs
- Supporting SEO, including keywords, meta titles, descriptions, and on-page optimisation
- Uploading and managing content through a CMS
- Using Google Analytics and performance data to identify opportunities to improve content and conversion
- Creating and updating simple digital assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar
- Supporting A/B testing and conversion optimisation
- Helping with digital campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and email content

What you’ll need:
- Experience managing website/e-commerce content
- Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience using a CMS
- Proven copywriting skills
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar
- An understanding of UX and conversion optimisation
