The Business
This is a unique opportunity to join a private equity-backed business at a pivotal point in its journey.
With significant investment, a refreshed leadership team, and multiple transformation programmes underway, the organisation is entering its next phase of growth. They are now looking to shape the marketing team and bring on board progressive, tech-savvy content marketing candidates.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established brand where you'll have the chance to create content across multiple channels and play a key role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
You'll be responsible for producing content for websites, email campaigns, social media, podcasts, video and other digital channels, while collaborating with designers, digital specialists and wider stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.

You will be taking care of;
- Creating and repurposing content across multiple channels
- Supporting integrated campaign planning and execution
- Working across website, social media, email, video and podcast content
- Using AI tools to enhance content development and marketing workflows
- Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing and the wider business
- Supporting audience engagement and customer journey activity
- Contributing to campaign measurement, optimisation and performance reporting
- Helping shape a modern, technology-enabled content operation

The Person
You will need to demonstrate a diverse marketing background, sector mix would be ideal and ability to prove you have been working in a progressive environment.
You will need to show experience working with AI, emerging technology, an innovative mindset and a keen interest to continue learning in this space.
The client is looking for confidence in speaking with senior stakeholders and the appetite to work within a large marketing team and fast-paced environment.
You will need to be able to showcase digital channel experience, brand experience and campaign building and execution experience.
