Content & Campaigns Knowledge Manager
The Content & Campaigns Knowledge Manager sits within the Content & Campaigns team and brings legal expertise to the development of high-quality, client-facing content. Working collaboratively with campaign managers, content specialists, business development professionals, and lawyers, the role translates complex legal and regulatory developments into engaging thought leadership, campaign content, and client communications that strengthen the firm's market profile and support strategic growth initiatives.
The role combines legal subject-matter expertise with content development, ensuring that marketing content is technically accurate, commercially relevant, and aligned with client needs. Reporting to the Associate Director – Strategy & Campaigns, the Content & Campaigns Knowledge Manager helps shape content priorities and contributes to the development and delivery of the firm's content and campaign strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and draft client-facing thought leadership, articles, white papers, legal updates, campaign assets, and other marketing content.
- Partner closely with colleagues across the Content & Campaigns team to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor legal, regulatory, and market developments and identify opportunities for thought leadership, client engagement, and campaign activation.
- Work with the Associate Director and Content & Campaigns team to agree on content priorities, campaign themes, and strategic content initiatives.
- Collaborate with lawyers, sector and practice teams, and business development professionals to develop compelling content aligned with firm priorities and client needs.
- Ensure content is legally accurate, technically robust, and written in a clear, accessible, and engaging manner.
- Develop content resources and reusable assets that can be leveraged across campaigns, digital channels, events, client training, and business development activity.

Skills and Experience:
- Qualified lawyer with strong legal research, drafting, and editorial skills and a digital-first mindset.
- Demonstrated experience developing thought leadership, publications, or other client-facing content.
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical, commercially-focused content for external audiences.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, business development, and legal teams.
- Experience contributing to content planning, campaign development, and strategic marketing initiatives.
