About the role

The primary goal of this role is to build and deliver integrated content campaigns that generate qualified leads, create pipeline and help PerchPeek win more customers.

You’ll turn our most important customer problems, product capabilities and commercial priorities into compelling campaigns across email, LinkedIn, web, video and sales channels.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You’ll own our content and campaigns plan, personally create much of the work and coordinate specialist support where needed. You’ll get close to our customers, CRM and sales conversations to understand what is resonating, then use those insights to improve what we produce and where we invest.

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with our CEO, Sales, Product and Customer teams.

Role Responsibilities

Whilst every role in a startup has a degree of flexibility over time, here is what we see as the role’s main responsibilities:

  • Integrated content campaigns – turn PerchPeek’s priority customer problems, products and commercial goals into joined-up campaigns across multiple channels and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Hands-on content creation – personally create high-quality work across thought leadership, email, LinkedIn, customer stories, website content, video and sales materials. You’ll use AI and modern creative tools to increase the quality, speed and range of what you produce.
  • Lead and pipeline generation – build campaigns designed to generate qualified demand, activate our existing audiences and help live opportunities progress.
  • Customer and market insight – use customer interviews, sales-call recordings, CRM data and campaign performance to understand what buyers care about and identify what we should create next.
  • Product and conversion content – bring priority products and capabilities to market, strengthen our customer proof and create content that helps different stakeholders understand and buy PerchPeek.
  • Executive content – develop strong and authentic written, video and webinar content for our CEO and internal experts.
  • Distribution and performance – coordinate internal teams and specialist partners, ensure campaigns reach the right audiences and report clearly on what is working, what is not and what we should do next.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you will be expected to:

  • Establish a clear and consistent rhythm of integrated content campaigns following your initial ramp-up period.
  • Generate measurable qualified leads, pipeline and revenue contribution from content and campaigns.
  • Build a structured programme for activating our existing CRM and audiences through email and targeted content.
  • Create and deliver content plans for PerchPeek’s priority products and capabilities.
  • Strengthen our customer proof, executive thought leadership, website content and sales-conversion materials.
  • Establish a repeatable approach to campaign planning, creation, distribution, measurement and improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

The type of person we think will be awesome in this role will likely have a track record of the below skills and experience:

  • A successful commercial track record – you have personally developed and delivered integrated B2B content campaigns across multiple channels, with clear evidence that they generated qualified leads, pipeline and revenue.
  • Exceptional content craft – you can show high-quality work you have personally created across several formats, with particularly strong writing.
  • Integrated content thinking – you can turn a customer problem, product capability or commercial priority into a connected programme of content across channels and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Customer-focused and curious – you want to get close to customers, prospects, sales calls and CRM data rather than create content based only on internal assumptions.
  • Commercially analytical – you are comfortable connecting content activity to lead generation, opportunity creation, pipeline progression and revenue.
  • Autonomous self-starter – you can take an agreed objective and drive the work from initial insight through to creation, distribution and reporting.
  • Clear, confident and persuasive communicator – you are an excellent writer and can interview customers, influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Creative and forward-thinking – you can find original ways to bring ideas to life across written, visual, video and interactive formats.
  • Maker mentality – you enjoy personally writing, creating, interviewing, experimenting and shipping work, while also being able to lead stakeholders and specialist partners.
  • Comfortable challenging and being challenged – you can improve ideas from senior stakeholders without becoming overly attached to your own work.

A couple of additional requirements to note:

  • Language Requirements – This role requires complete fluency in English. Additional languages are always a plus!
  • Travel Requirements – You should be able and willing to travel occasionally for customer interviews, content filming, company gatherings and selected events.
  • Timezones & Working Hours – We are a fully remote company, which means you’ll predominantly be able to work wherever you’d like. However, in this role you should be able to commit to standard business hours across UK and European time zones, with occasional flexibility for colleagues and customers in North America.
