About Vypr

Vypr is a Private Equity/Venture Capital backed SaaS business providing a market-leading product intelligence platform. We are on an exciting journey to be known around the globe for providing reliable consumer data. Our predictive data validation platform enables manufacturers and retailers to understand what their customers want to see on shelves. This helps reduce the time and costs spent developing new products, which makes for better products, faster.

The opportunity

The role is ideal for a seasoned SaaS marketing generalist who has worked in content-heavy production environments and used them to drive revenue numbers.

This is the senior content and content-delivery role in our marketing function — the engine that takes business requirements in from across the company, turns them into marketing briefs, and gets the resulting content and campaigns produced, shipped and measured. Every brief carries a commercial objective and every output is tracked through to its impact on pipeline and revenue — content here is judged by what it moves, not what it ships. You run delivery and traffic management across the whole team through Monday.com, lead content and campaign production, run PR, co-design partnerships, and hold the brand and messaging standard across what we publish.

You take the strategy, positioning and priorities set by the CMO and turn them into a consistent, commercially-measured presence across both new-business and existing-customer audiences. It's a broad, senior operator's role built on project discipline and commercial accountability — the delivery engine that keeps the whole marketing team (demand generation, customer, product and content) moving to capacity and priority, with a Content Marketing Executive and a Digital Marketing Executive reporting to you.

What You'll Do

- Run the briefing-to-delivery engine, and be accountable for on-time, on-brief delivery. Take requirements in from every stakeholder — demand generation, sales, customer, product, thought leadership, partnerships, events — and turn them into clear, prioritised briefs with product messaging embedded and a commercial objective attached, then traffic-manage the assets out. Demand Generation executes new-business campaigns in-channel; the Customer & Product Marketing Specialist runs customer and product. You own the supply, the standards and the sequencing.
- Own project management and delivery in Monday.com as the backbone of the function. Administer it — using its automation and AI — to plan, resource and track every piece of marketing work across demand generation, customer, product, content, thought leadership, partnerships and events, each against its brief, owner, objective and timeline. Maintain the single view of who's doing what by when, so the team runs to capacity and priority and delivery health is always visible.
- Tie every campaign to commercial outcomes. With Demand Generation, set each campaign's objectives, KPIs and funnel expectations (lead, MQL, SAL) up front, and measure impact, ROI and learnings campaign by campaign. Track performance through HubSpot into pipeline, attributing Marketing-Generated and Marketing-Influenced revenue — so the engine is optimised against revenue, not activity.
- Own and report the core marketing metrics. Be accountable for the core Brand (Marketing) VOS performance metrics, and report them monthly for the CMO — including the rationale behind the numbers and the troubleshooting when they move off plan.
- Own the supply chain for our insight reports programme — our flagship owned-channel asset — working with the Content Marketing Executive on production and with every commercial team on distribution.
- Work with the Demand Generation team to conceptualise their in-market campaigns and leverage them across owned and earned channels — PR, social, organic and content.
- Help run event-based marketing execution. Deliver marketing's part across events — demand generation and customer marketing alike — with oversight from lead capture through to event ROI tracking, with the Demand Generation team on demand events and the Customer & Product Marketing Specialist on customer events.
- Co-design and run partnerships in alignment with Demand Generation — industry bodies and selective channel plays.
- Own the PR programme and agency relationship operationally, driving tier-one trade and business coverage. The CMO owns the PR strategy, the narrative and executive voice.
- Support our organic social programme. Strategy, deliverables and tactics sit with the Digital Marketing Executive; you help and align as needed.
- Deploy product marketing across owned and earned channels. Take the positioning, FAB material and competitive intelligence from the Customer & Product Marketing Specialist and land it consistently across website, content, campaigns, PR and social — so product messaging shows up continuously, not just at launch.
- Own the AI content studio / content-agents function — built jointly with the Content Marketing Executive and Digital Marketing Executive — and run it to drive throughput without sacrificing craft.
- Hold the delivery quality bar — make sure every asset meets the brand and messaging standard the CMO sets before it ships, treating consistency and drift control as a delivery checkpoint, not a separate brand workstream.
- Manage the overall marketing and core-marketing budget day to day, including the agency budgets. The Demand Generation Specialists manage their own performance-marketing budgets; you coordinate with them on core marketing to manage the overall marketing budget and actuals.
- Lead and develop the Content Marketing Executive and Digital Marketing Executive, and hold the supplier relationships across design, video, content/creative and web development. The Digital Marketing Executive manages the web agency day to day; you own the budget and the wider relationship, as with all suppliers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

How You'll Work With The Team

  • You're the operational and metrics hub. You partner with the CMO on the calendar, priorities and standards, and run the delivery machine that ships them — owning traffic management, timelines and the commercial measurement loop. You power the campaigns; Demand Generation executes them in-channel and reports results back, and those results — pipeline, conversion, ROI — feed straight into the next round.
  • You supply and co-deliver with the Customer & Product Marketing Specialist and the Demand Generation Specialists (UK and Australia). They bring you briefs for customer, product and new-business campaigns; you shape and deliver them, and they report execution impact back to sharpen the next round. It runs both ways: the Customer & Product Marketing Specialist also feeds you the positioning and competitive material your team publishes, plus what Customer Success, Account Management and Customer Solutions are hearing from customers — insight that shapes what you plan.
  • Reporting to you, the Content Marketing Executive covers long-form, insight reports, thought leadership and editorial; the Digital Marketing Executive covers website, organic social, SEO/AIO and short-form. The CMO is pulled in for strategic initiatives that need an operational touch and to manage gaps in the team where needed. You allocate capacity and hold the quality bar.

What You'll Bring

  • Project management at the core. A formal project-management qualification, or a strong track record of delivering marketing projects in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Pace and load. Comfortable running multiple complex workstreams to short deadlines, and delivering visible impact at scale-up speed.
  • SaaS demand-generation and funnel fluency. A working understanding of the SaaS demand-generation funnel and its metrics — ideally the SiriusDecisions (now Forrester) Demand Waterfall — with the confidence to own pipeline, conversion and attribution metrics alongside Demand Generation and RevOps, and optimise campaigns against them.
  • Customer and product marketing depth. A higher degree of customer and product marketing understanding — product launch sequences, customer and demand ABM tactics, and event-based marketing execution from lead management through to event ROI tracking, across both demand generation and customer marketing events.
  • Senior B2B SaaS marketing operator — from a content, campaigns, communications or marketing-delivery background — in insights, market research, ResTech or FMCG/CPG or similar, with a track record of directing others' work, and doing it yourself when needed.
  • Monday.com expertise — admin-level experience running marketing delivery on Monday.com and reporting on team output.
  • Sound editorial and brand/messaging judgement.
  • Experience building or running AI content studio / content-agent workflows is a strong plus.

How Success Is Measured

  • Calendar adherence and on-time / on-brief delivery of assets; Marketing-Generated and Marketing-Influenced pipeline and revenue across new-business and existing-customer; campaign-level funnel conversion (MQL, SAL) tracked in HubSpot; core Brand (Marketing) VOS metrics owned and reported to the CMO monthly; organic social growth and engagement; PR placements; delivery health in Monday.com; budget managed to plan; team development and retention.

Top-level competencies

  • Delivery & project-management discipline — orchestrating the whole team's work through Monday.com to capacity and priority: calendar, prioritisation, traffic management, delivery and quality control.
  • Commercial & funnel fluency — tying campaigns to pipeline, conversion and revenue attribution alongside demand generation.
  • Customer & product marketing execution — launch sequences, ABM and event marketing, with lead management and event ROI tracking.
  • Integrated content & campaign leadership — running channels as one discipline, deploying positioning consistently across every owned channel.
  • Briefing & delivery accountability — taking briefs in from across the business, shaping them, and delivering via internal/external resources on time and on brief. Managing the Marketing Request channel on Slack for incoming marketing requests from the wider business.
  • Team, agency & budget direction — developing two executives, directing external partners, and holding vendors and spend to plan.
  • AI content-agent building — designing and running AI content studio / agent workflows for throughput, without sacrificing craft.

  • Company paid medical cashplan
  • Enhanced annual leave
  • Work from anywhere up to 4 weeks a year
