Job Overview

Are you a brilliant storyteller and content creator looking for a creative, varied and fast-paced communications role? As a Content and Channels Specialist, you’ll be part networker and journalist, part content creator and part channel owner. You’ll seek out the people and stories that bring AXA UK&I to life, turning them into brilliant written, visual and multimedia content that colleagues want to engage with. You’ll create and publish content across our digital and offline channels, using everything from video and visual storytelling to AI-enabled tools to find bolder, more daring ways to communicate.

You’ll also play a hands-on role in some of our biggest colleague campaigns and events, as well as helping us develop and improve our channels. Working with leaders and colleagues across AXA UK&I and regularly getting out across the business to meet them you’ll help us create communications that feel fresh, relevant and unmistakenly AXA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create brilliant, engaging content across a range of formats from colleague stories and leader communications to video, presentations, digital and visual content.
  • Seek out and develop great stories from across AXA UK&I, building a strong network of colleagues and contacts across the business to uncover what’s happening and bring our story to life.
  • Create and deliver content for major campaigns, colleague events and meetings, working with the wider team to turn ideas and priorities into engaging communications and events.
  • Publish, manage and continually improve our internal communication channels, using great content, design and digital and AI-enabled tools to create the best possible colleague experience.
  • Experiment with new formats, tools and creative approaches, finding bolder and more effective ways to reach and engage colleagues.
  • Make sure everything we create is clear, accessible, timely and audience-led, while reflecting AXA’s tone of voice, visual identity and editorial standards.
  • Bring ideas, insight and best practice into the team, helping us continually raise the quality and impact of our internal communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
