Content & Communications Coordinator
Location: Remote, UK-based, with occasional attendance at screenings and events.
Hours: Open to part-time or full-time, depending on the right candidate and agreed scope.
Salary: £30,000 per annum for full-time hours, pro rata for part-time.
About TRAUMALITY
TRAUMALITY began as an independent documentary exploring trauma and the experiences, relationships and environments that shape mental health. It is now expanding through international screenings, an educational platform, community and new film projects.
Our work puts context at the centre of mental health conversations, combining lived experience, professional insight and filmmaking to challenge assumptions and encourage understanding.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone creative, organised and passionate about this space, with excellent copywriting skills, a strong eye for design and a good understanding of social media.
Working directly with founder and filmmaker Ton Mazzone, your main focus will be creating original content and managing our social channels. You’ll also support routine emails, screening enquiries and everyday administration.
We want someone who thinks outside the box, brings fresh ideas and can turn them into finished work.
You’ll work remotely, with occasional attendance at screenings and events to capture content and support event communications. Arrangements will be agreed in advance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
