Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A core aspect of the role is supporting teams across the business with marketing and content requests. You will take ownership of the marketing support ticket process, ensuring requests are clearly understood, appropriately prioritised and delivered efficiently. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will help ensure stakeholders receive timely, high-quality support and that projects progress smoothly from briefing through to completion.

You will also support the creation of content and materials that enable the Business Development team to activate campaigns, engage target accounts and strengthen sales conversations. Your work will help ensure colleagues have the tools, assets and messaging needed to effectively connect with prospective clients.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership, PR and wider corporate communications activity. While some PR delivery is managed through external agencies, this role provides valuable exposure to media relations, executive communications and corporate storytelling, offering excellent development opportunities for someone looking to build a career in B2B content, communications and marketing.

This role is ideally suited to someone with strong writing and editing skills, excellent organisational abilities and a proactive, collaborative approach. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work that supports both strategic objectives and day-to-day business needs.
