Content & Communications Marketing Executive
Reports to: B2B Marketing Director
Works closely with: Senior Content & Communications Manager, Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Senior Executive teams
Location: Two days a week in the London office
About Corndel: Corndel is a unique, multi-award-winning UK management and technology training provider that focuses on delivering the highest quality programmes throughout an employee’s career. We partner with some of the UK’s largest and most exciting businesses to help drive organisational and personal performance through transformational learning.
Our vision is to shape a world where everyone is empowered to be their professional best. We are one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK and provide a great platform for proactive and motivated individuals to take the next exciting step in their career. You will be joining an organisation with a fun, entrepreneurial, and supportive environment, providing fulfilling work and an open, informal culture.
About the role: The Content & Communications Executive provides dedicated execution support across Corndel’s content, communications, and stakeholder engagement activity.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing, creative thinking, coordinating, and making things happen. You will manage the day-to-day delivery of activity across LinkedIn, email, web content, sales enablement, and internal content systems, helping the Marketing team respond quickly and consistently to business needs.
You will work closely with the Senior Content & Communications Manager, who sets the wider content, editorial, and communications direction. You will help turn that direction into high-quality, on-brand activity across our channels.
A core part of the role will be supporting teams across the business with marketing and content requests. You will own the coordination of marketing support tickets, ensuring requests are understood, prioritised, progressed, and completed efficiently. This includes content and materials that help the Business Development team activate campaigns, engage accounts, and support sales conversations.
You will also have the opportunity to support thought leadership, PR, and wider communications activity. While some PR delivery may be managed through external agencies, this role offers scope to build experience in media relations, executive communications, and corporate storytelling over time.
This role is well suited to someone who brings strong content and copywriting skills, creative thinking, excellent organisation, and a genuine interest in developing a career in B2B content and communications. You are naturally curious, enjoy identifying interesting stories and insights, and are motivated by turning ideas into engaging content that people want to read, watch, and share.
Key responsibilities:
- LinkedIn channel management
- Own the day-to-day management of Corndel’s LinkedIn company page.
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand social copy for company news, partnerships, events, programmes, thought leadership, and campaigns.
- Manage the LinkedIn content schedule, ensuring posts are reviewed, approved, and scheduled on time.
- Coordinate content, imagery, links, and stakeholder input for each post.
- Support senior leaders and colleagues with social copy and content amplification where required.
- Monitor channel activity and identify opportunities to respond to comments, increase engagement, and strengthen Corndel’s presence.
- Maintain an accurate forward-looking social content calendar.
- Track basic channel performance and share insights to support future content decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
