Overview
Infinity Fiction is hiring a Content, Community & Growth Lead to help scale Tidefall and future Living World Games.
At Infinity Fiction, we combine human-authored worlds with AI systems to create reactive RPG experiences with deep lore, player freedom and lasting consequences. The next revolution in interactive storytelling and RPGs!
We’re building a new category of games and, over time, a platform for original worlds, creators and major global IPs.
Our first game, Tidefall, is now live in Alpha - a large-scale dark fantasy RPG built on our proprietary Living World Engine.
This is not another AI slop game. We’re building real games that use AI to make worlds more reactive, personal and alive.
Please do try Tidefall at www.infinityfiction.ai.
The role
We’re looking for a hands-on Content & Community Lead to join a small, experienced marketing team and help us grow Infinity Fiction and Tidefall.
You’ll create content, build and update web pages, grow our community and turn marketing ideas into things players actually want to see.
You’ll work closely with our marketing leadership and founders on strategy and priorities, then help make it happen.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership, experimentation and building things from scratch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
