Job title: Content & Community Manager

Location: Manchester Science Park | Hybrid | Up to 25% travel

Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + pension, life assurance, private healthcare, free onsite parking at our office

Can you turn complex science into content people actually want to read, watch and engage with?

We’re looking for a Content & Community Manager who can do exactly that.

This is a role for someone who loves creating — whether that’s a powerful customer story, a standout product launch, an engaging webinar, a thought-leadership piece or social content that gets people talking.

You’ll sit at the heart of our Commercial Marketing team, taking scientific, product and customer insights and transforming them into compelling content that educates our audiences, strengthens our communities and supports commercial growth.

What will you get your hands on?

Plenty.

One day you might be shaping the story behind a new product launch. The next, you could be interviewing a customer or KOL, developing a webinar, creating a campaign, writing a thought-leadership article or building content for our customer and distributor communities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
