About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, highly organised Content & Community Manager to grow, engage, and support our community of growth leaders and clients. This role combines community building, event production, and content planning. You will be responsible for creating meaningful touchpoints—both online and in person—that strengthen relationships, drive engagement, and showcase the expertise within our network.

Part consultancy, part recruiter, part community, we partner with investors and Founders to define the marketing strategy, then hire the teams to deliver it. We hire CMOs, CGOs, VPs Growth, Heads of Growth, Growth Managers, and Performance Marketing people for startups, scaleups, and corporates including Fyxer (20VC, Madrona, Lakestar), Granola (Lightspeed), Dex (a16z), Attio (Google Ventures, Balderton), ZOE (Balderton), Beauty Pie (Index), and Aspora (Sequoia).

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Manage and nurture our community of growth leaders, ensuring members feel valued, supported, and engaged.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for community questions, updates, and interactions.
  • Develop initiatives to improve onboarding, increase member participation, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration.
  • Monitor community health metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations back to the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
