PerfectDraft is the ultimate home Beer experience. Our machine cools beer to a perfectly-chilled consistent temperature. There are more than 40 beers available to serve with PerfectDraft from craft beers to Belgian Classics, Classic German Lagers to fruity brews. All served how the brewer intended.

PerfectDraft is at the forefront of ecommerce, technology and brewing. Our strategy has been to launch and grow the PerfectDraft brand, product range and customer base via our own Direct to Consumer eCommerce stores in Europe. We have created a pioneering and sustainable returns loop from breweries to consumers, and back again.

The role:

Leading Content & Community at PerfectDraft UK, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive Content & Community strategy to drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), foster repeat business, and establish a strong affinity for the PerfectDraft brand within our community. The role involves ownership of social media channels, community outreach, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all PerfectDraft social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Develop and execute social campaigns to increase engagement and strengthen brand presence.
  • Manage community interactions, responding to customer questions, comments, and concerns.
  • Lead UK community outreach and build positive relationships across public communities.
  • Plan and create varied content, including brewery stories, product launches, blogs, live tastings, social posts, competitions, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the central SEO team to align blog and content strategy with SEO objectives.
  • Develop and execute a local Content & Community roadmap, contributing insights to the global strategy.
  • Gather and act on customer insights from social channels and external communities.
  • Partner with internal teams on campaigns, onboarding, Concierge Power Users, and initiatives that improve community engagement.
  • Own in-app, on-site, content, community outreach, and overall social presence strategy, execution, and resourcing.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, particularly in the beverage industry, is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute plans effectively.
