Our client

Our client is a US personal injury law firm specialising in motor vehicle accident claims, operating primarily in Arizona. They run high-volume paid social across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, targeting everyday Americans who've been in a car accident and haven't yet made a claim.

Their brand is bold, straight-talking and built to cut through — real people, real stories, creative that stops the scroll. This is a fast-moving, performance-driven operation where content output directly impacts revenue.

The Role

You'll own organic content strategy and daily output across every channel, feeding a constant pipeline of fresh creative into both organic and paid. You are the engine room — if content stops, revenue stops. This isn't a "post when inspired" job. It's daily, measured, and tied directly to numbers.

This is a UK-based remote role working day to day with a US team. You'll be producing content for an American audience and coordinating with media buyers and talent across US time zones, so you need to be comfortable with some overlap into US hours and building workflows that keep content moving across the gap.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a daily content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Produce and distribute organic content every single day, without exception
  • Work hand in hand with media buyers to brief and produce new ad creatives for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief and manage UGC creators and talent for video content
  • Keep the brand voice consistent across everything — real, relatable, conversion-focused
  • Monitor organic performance and feed winning angles back into the paid creative strategy
  • Stay on top of trending formats, sounds and memes relevant to the US legal and personal injury space

What We Need From You

  • A track record you can prove with numbers - accounts grown, engagement lifted, creative that converted. "I managed social" isn't enough; show us the before and after.
  • Organic-first instincts. You make native, community-driven content, not ads dressed up as organic.
  • Serious output and reliability. You can genuinely commit to daily production and have a plan for when you're ill, travelling or on a shoot.
  • Hands-on craft: short-form video, hooks, UGC direction, copy that sells.
  • UK-based, US-ready. You're based in the UK but can work closely with a US team - comfortable with overlap into US hours and the cultural fluency to write for an American audience.
  • Platform know-how. Fluency with Meta Business Suite and TikTok, and an understanding of platform policy around sensitive events and legal claims.

  • You can turn a single winning organic post into a repeatable paid format

How To Apply

Send your CV plus three pieces of content you've made that performed - with the numbers behind them and one line on why each worked. Applications without results won't be reviewed.
