About the Role
SWAY Hair Extensions is one of the UK's fastest-growing professional hair extension brands, recognised for innovation, education and premium quality. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, creative and proactive Content Coordinator to help ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the hair and beauty industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our in-house creative team and external social media and PR agencies, ensuring every piece of content, campaign and collaboration reflects the premium SWAY brand.
The Content Coordinator will play a pivotal role in organising and coordinating our content, social media and gifting activity to support our agency. Rather than creating all content themselves, this role ensures every campaign, shoot and social initiative is delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest standard. Working closely with our agencies, internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure the brand remains progressive, relevant and consistently represented across every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Coordination:
- Coordinate all social media activity alongside our external social media agency.
- Ensure all copy, captions, messaging and creative assets reflect the SWAY brand tone of voice.
- Maintain consistency across every social platform, campaign and customer touchpoint.
- Review upcoming content calendars to ensure they align with business priorities and product launches.
- Proactively identify emerging social trends, creators and opportunities to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
