Job Purpose

We are hiring a Content Coordinator to help shape and deliver the digital content experience across Burberry.com. You will manage global content builds and launches, navigating regional requirements and schedules while ensuring every customer journey reflects the Burberry brand vision. Working across Digital, Technology, Product and Creative teams, you will help strengthen our platforms, improve site performance and bring campaigns and trading activity to life. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise, considered execution and creative collaboration within a global luxury environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the build, management and publication of content across Burberry.com, including campaigns, navigation, product pages and customer service content.
  • Coordinate global site launches through clear publishing plans, well-managed briefs and carefully structured go-live schedules.
  • Partner with Design, Copy, SEO, Merchandising, Project Management and wider Digital teams to deliver an optimised and consistent customer experience.
  • Manage the targeting and scheduling of personalised content across regions, ensuring customer journeys remain relevant, effective and aligned with campaign priorities.
  • Maintain site quality and readiness through detailed testing, resolving issues in partnership with Technology teams and identifying opportunities to improve functionality.
  • Take ownership of digital projects, sharing clear progress updates and recommendations while supporting colleagues with CMS and PIM guidance.

Personal Profile

  • Experience working in an e-commerce, digital content or operations environment.
  • Practical knowledge of CMS and PIM platforms, with Contentstack or inriver experience welcomed but not essential.
  • Strong digital capability and an interest in learning new systems, technologies and processes.
  • A considered approach to quality assurance, with close attention to accuracy, consistency and the customer experience.
  • Clear analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organise multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative communication style and the ability to build productive relationships across teams and disciplines.
