Content Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Content Coordinator to join our Creative Studio team. We're looking for a methodical, detail-oriented, and highly organised individual to coordinate brand assets and content production operations, ensuring copy and imagery are managed, delivered, and maintained accurately and efficiently.

About The Role

As a Content Coordinator, you will work across three separate workflows and play an integral role in supporting the delivery of assets across the business, acting as a key link between internal teams and external brand partners. Working closely with our Production, Copy, and Post-Production teams, you will help drive efficient workflows, ensure content meets brand guidelines, and supports the successful execution of seasonal campaigns.

You will:

  • Support the onboarding of new brand partners, providing guidance on content requirements, processes, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Copy, Imagery, and supporting materials, ensuring all assets are received, reviewed, and shared within agreed timelines.
  • Oversee seasonal requests for brand imagery, campaign assets, and supporting content, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may impact delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external brand partners, managing submissions, resolving queries, and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Collaborate with Production, Post-Production, Copy, and Digital teams to manage priorities, coordinate updates, and ensure workflows remain efficient, sustainable, and trackable.
  • Maintain accurate data management to facilitate weekly reporting across each workflow, while supporting the management of digital assets within our Digital Asset Management system.
  • Lead Vendor Production updates in weekly divisional team meetings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
