The Role

As Content Copy Editor, you will shape guest-facing content across Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Costsaver and Contiki. Reporting to the General Manager, Content, you will edit and refine copy for brochures, websites and guest documents, making sure every word is accurate, engaging and true to each brand. You will also support image and map requirements, strengthen quality control and help optimise our internal copy-generation platform. This is a varied role for a sharp editor who enjoys working at pace, solving problems and collaborating across teams.

What Will You Do?

  • Edit and proofread itinerary copy for brochures, guest documents and digital channels.
  • Protect product accuracy, consistency and the distinct voice of each brand.
  • Turn detailed travel information into clear, engaging and customer-friendly content.
  • Identify image and map requirements for new itineraries and help coordinate delivery.
  • Maintain and improve our internal copy-generation platform and brand profiles.
  • Apply clear editorial guidelines and quality checks across every channel.
  • Resolve content or technical issues proactively and keep work moving to deadline.
  • Build strong relationships across teams to support smooth project delivery.

About You

Essential

  • Excellent English language skills, with confident grammar, spelling and written communication.
  • At least one year of experience as a Copy Editor or Copywriter.
  • Strong critical editing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive collaborator who builds effective working relationships.
  • Proven proofreading skills and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Comfortable using digital content platforms and learning new tools.

Desirable

  • Experience in travel, publishing or content production.
  • Experience supporting image, map or other media requirements.
  • Familiarity with copy-generation or content automation tools.
