Are you an experienced digital copywriter and content strategist skilled in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and modern AI content discovery?

Rentokil Initial is hiring a Content & Copywriting Specialist to join our global Digital Content & Communications Team. In this role, you will write, edit, and optimise high-performing B2B and B2C digital copy across our website estate. What You Will Do

As our Content & Copywriting Specialist, you will create, audit, and refine user-centric copy across all digital touchpoints. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Digital Copywriting & Optimisation: Draft, edit, and optimise high-converting B2B and B2C web copy for landing pages, product/service pages, localised location pages, and digital platform migrations.
  • SEO & GEO Execution: Apply search engine optimisation (SEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and User Experience (UX) insights to create clear, persuasive copy that ranks high on Google and gets cited in AI-driven answer engines.
  • Content Audits & Performance: Conduct regular digital content audits to identify gaps, optimise underperforming copy, and deliver actionable recommendations that increase search reach and lead flow.
  • Brand & Editorial Governance: Maintain strict editorial standards, tone of voice, regulatory compliance, and accuracy across all published digital copy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Search Performance, Digital Product, UX, CRO, and Digital Account Management teams to align content strategy with commercial goals.
  • Stakeholder & Market Alignment: Liaise with regional marketing teams (focusing on North America) to scope content projects, gather market insights, and communicate project updates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
